- 4.0 out of 5 stars from Msturtle -- Opened my eyes many cyber security issues I hadn't thought of before : Really gives you a lot to think about with regards to cyber security. I thought it would be more about data destruction but gives you a lot to think about with regards to our day to day life and should make everyone more careful. It would be really great if companies strived to protect our data over and above what the government requires. We all need to keep ongoing cyber security with our ongoing activities as well as destruction of hardware, both from a data destruction and environmental impact standpoint. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from Lisa McClain-Darrough -- Very riverting read. : The Insecurity of Everything is a very riveting read to say the least. It is captivating and at the same time inspiring. It draws one’s attention to the cyber connectivity of daily life, it also heightens one’s awareness as to the global impact that our carbon footprint is having on those who are less fortunate. Inspiring, in that it compels you to do your part to help create a circular economy. However minuscule that may seem, be it lobbying for laws that compel corporations to utilize regenerative resources. Or properly disposing of unused electronics items. An excellent book; would definitely recommend to a friend. ( Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2021 )
